Meet your Human Performance Scientist: Coach Killen
After studying human performance for well over 10 years, Ben has created the Elite Athlete Blueprint to help athletes get the absolute most out of what they've been born with.
Through his own experience as an athlete, he knows what it's like to be focusing on the wrong things. This course has been designed as the message he wishes he could've given his younger self that would've helped him realise his ultimate performance desires.

The Commitment
- This program is for serious players who are serious about their basketball.
- Players who sign up to this program will benefit most by playing within 3x3 tournaments with the Sydney Supersonics club to put the skills taught into action.
- They will need WhatsApp messenger OR Instagram to be able to communicate with their coach.
- They should also send through at least 1x10 min clip of the athlete playing their sport in a live context every 3 months. This is so coach Killen can appraise performance & provide solutions.
- This is a one time first user offer limited to the first 20 athletes.

Your Instructor
A coach who lives & breathes high performance. As a coach, Ben has over 10+ years of experience in the world of elite sport. He is a university-qualified Exercise and Sports Scientist, holding a level 2 ASCA Strength & Conditioning certification. As an athlete he is playing at the highest level of his game (3x3 basketball), formerly holding the #1 rank in Australia. Through his athletic career and ambitions to play in the Professional 3x3 circuit, Ben wants to continue to experiment with the methods he teaches, applying them to himself & the many athletes he works with. He wants to help popularise the methods that have allowed him to fall in love with the game of basketball & help make 3x3 more widespread globally.
